How to cook Italian ziti pasta in the oven

To prepare Italian pasta casserole, we start with the sauce. At the same time as preparing the sauce, boil the ziti pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente and, without rinsing, place in a colander.

And so, in a frying pan with vegetable oil, sauté the onion and red pepper cubes until ready. Meanwhile, turn on the oven at 180°C.

Mix the sauteed vegetables, add tomato pasta sauce and mix everything again. We are waiting for it to boil.

Transfer the ziti pasta, drained into a colander, into the pan with the sauce and stir.
