  • champignons – 350 g
  • cheese – 150 g
  • sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • honey – 1 teaspoon spoon
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp. spoon

Peel fresh champignons (here we look for recipes for salads with champignons) and boil in lightly salted water. Cut the boiled mushrooms into small cubes.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stem, and chop into strips. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Peel apples (sweet and sour) and cut into thin slices.

Combine all ingredients, adding natural honey, mustard, lemon juice and orange slices. Mix the ingredients well. Garnish the salad with slices of the fruits included in the salad.

Turkey salad with oranges and cherries – “Thanksgiving”

Ingredients:

  • turkey – 400 g
  • orange – 2 pcs.
  • bananas – 1 pc.
  • cherries – 170 g
  • olive mayonnaise – 200 g

Boil the turkey meat and then cut into small pieces. Peel the oranges, separate them into separate slices and cut each in half.

Cut bananas into circles. Cherries can be taken either canned or fresh. Add pitted cherries to mayonnaise. Then mix in the turkey and the rest of the fruit. Combine everything and mix thoroughly.


Radish salad with orange – “Krepysh”

Ingredients:

  • radishes - 4 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • orange - 1 pc.

Wash the radish and soak in cool water for half an hour. Then rub it on a medium grater. Add lemon juice and salt. Add chopped orange slices to the salad at the last stage. To stir thoroughly.

Chicken and orange salad – “Jamaica”

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts - 2 pcs.
  • oranges - 1 pc.
  • canned pineapples - 1 can
  • rice - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • parsley

Boil the chicken and let cool. Then cut into cubes. Also boil the rice. Chop the pineapples (preparing a pineapple salad) and oranges quite finely.

Place the salad in three layers: chicken breast – boiled rice – fruit mixture. Top with low-fat sour cream and garnish with fresh parsley. This salad is perfect for a birthday.
