  • 2 tsp. Sahara
  • 100ml water
  • Premium flour (approximately 1.2kg+)

Recipe:

  1. Take warm water to dissolve the yeast. Why warm? Because this way the yeast will start working faster. It is very important for those who do not often deal with dough - do not use hot water, this will spoil the yeast.
    Add sugar to the water and stir until it dissolves. Then add yeast and a couple of tablespoons of flour. Mix everything. Cover with a napkin and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Add kefir to the yeast, it is better if it is at room temperature. Mix everything.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. flour

  1. Mix flour, pre-sifted, with salt and soda. Mix well.
