Let's deal with the fish first. Pink salmon must be cleaned of bones and cut into small pieces together with the skin - approximately 1.5-2 cm wide.

The chopped fish must be peppered and salted (I put half a teaspoon of pepper and one and a half teaspoons of salt), then mix well with your hands.

Now let's prepare the dough.
Pour a glass of warm milk into a large bowl, add half a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of yeast. Mix everything well.

After 2-3 minutes, you can add the remaining ingredients to the quick yeast dough: 1 teaspoon of salt and an egg.
Add flour one cup at a time and knead into a slightly sticky soft dough.

In a small cup, melt 30 g of butter in the microwave and pour into a bowl.

Gently fold the butter into the dough. Knead until the butter is completely absorbed and does not remain on the plate - this will take about 5 minutes.
At the same time, the dough stops sticking to your hands.

After adding the oil, place the dough in the multicooker to proof.
Select the “Multi-cook” mode and set the temperature to 40 degrees C and the time to 30 minutes, close the lid and press “Start”.

After half an hour, knead the dough slightly, separating it from the walls of the pan and turning it over, and leave for another 30 minutes (to prevent the dough from sticking to the walls of the pan, it must be thoroughly greased with butter).

Take the dough onto a plate and add 2 tbsp to the multi-pan. spoons of vegetable oil, turn on the “Frying” mode and give the pan time to warm up.
Cut the onion in half and then into small cubes. Add the onion to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes. After this, put a piece of butter (10 grams) into the pan to make the onions more flavorful.

Add pre-boiled rice to the onion (I boiled it for only 10 minutes and threw it in a colander).

Salt and pepper the onion and rice, mix well and cook for a couple of minutes, then remove the filling from the pan onto a plate.

Grease the pan well with oil and line the bottom with a circle of baking paper.
This is not necessary, but it will make it easier to remove the fish cake from the pan.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Place the larger one in a multi-pan and level it along the bottom with your fingers, forming sides along the edges.

Place the onion and rice on top and level it with a spoon.
At the same time, we form the sides of the pie, raising them higher.

Carefully place the fish pieces on top of the rice in a single layer.
And spread butter in small pieces on top of the fish.

Roll out the remaining dough into a flat round pancake and cover the filling with it.
We fasten the edges of the pie - the top and bottom layers - in a circle.

Bake the fish pie in a multicooker using the “Baking” program for one hour.
